Vegan Tiramisu

A favourite Italian desert revisited using coconut milk and soft tofu. Unfortunately, this recipe is not as zero waste as I would like it to be since it is difficult to find soft tofu or biscuits without any packaging. However, it is entirely vegan and is a great substitute for using eggs or the traditional Mascarpone.
